Holding a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a BS in Psychology & Human Resource Management from Brooklyn College, her expertise spans global HR operations, creating and leading HR departments, and effectively managing and developing diverse teams.
Elinor’s career highlights include establishing several HR departments from scratch and directing HR operations for several global entities, managing staff across multiple states and countries.
